The Design Consulting Process

Design Questionnaire

We meet with you at your property for a residence walkthrough, an assessment of  your home’s target market, and a discussion about your staging needs and budget.

Every project starts with understanding how you want to live in your space. We send you a short questionnaire covering your aesthetic preferences, how each room gets used day-to-day, what’s staying versus being replaced, and your budget range. This is how we get to “designer look for less” without guesswork.

Timeline: 30 minutes on your end. Kicks off within 48 hours of booking.

Mood Board & Design Direction

A proposal outlining design direction, number of rooms to be staged, a furnishing list, the staging timeline, and project cost is sent your way for review.

Our design team builds a custom mood board that captures the aesthetic direction for your project — layered textures, color palette, furniture silhouettes, and finish selections. You’ll see exactly where we’re headed before we source a single piece. If the direction isn’t right, we revise until it is.

Timeline: Delivered within 5–7 business days of your completed questionnaire.

Curation & Layout

Our creative team and staging crew delivers and installs your property stage in as little time as one day, readying your home for Denver’s red-hot real estate market.

Once the mood board is approved, we build your curated furniture, artwork, lighting, and accessory list — priced, sourced, and laid out room by room. You see everything before we order, including how it’s arranged in each space. For investors and vacation rentals, we build the list around durability and turnover; for family homes, around how you actually live.

Timeline: Curation list and room layouts delivered within 2–3 weeks of mood board approval.

Design Installation

Once an offer on your home is accepted and a 7 business day notice is given to our team, we schedule a date for your staging removal and de-stage your property within a day.

Our team delivers, assembles, styles, and photographs the finished space. We install everything in one to two days so you walk into a finished home, not a renovation. We haul away the packaging, touch up the styling, and leave the space camera-ready.

Timeline: Installed in 1–2 days once furniture arrives. Most projects wrap within 8–10 weeks of the initial questionnaire.
