Have you ever wondered what a day in the life of a home stager is like? Well we are here to tell you all the details – step by step!
- Preview the Property
Before staging a property, we set up a preview to see the home in person. We take photos and measurements of each space that we will staging so we can then plan out the items we will be bringing in! We want to know which walls need art, which rooms need rugs, how many furniture pieces do we need and every small detail!
2. Start Planning
We then upload all of our photos and measurements and begin creating a design board like this! Shop these items below and many more of our favorites here!
3. Complete Order
We then create an order sheet which has each item we want to take with us to the stage. Then our amazing delivery team can select the items from the warehouse and load them up in our truck for the stage! Mean while, we are loading bins of accessories, pulling artwork and selecting our pillow and bedding options!
4. Stage the Home!
We then make our design board come to life! It still amazes me how much of a difference staging makes. This is where we get to bring everything together and make the house feel like a home! We then get the house professionally photographed and ready to hit the market!
