We know how important good photography is and how the right photographer can completely change the way each home looks. Our preferred photographers are skilled at providing high-quality images for the MLS and making sure to highlight the beautiful features of each listing. That is why we decided to merge the two together! Great staging and beautiful photography all in once place! We wanted to update our clients that going forward, photography pricing will be built into your staging proposal and we will handle all of the scheduling and billing for you. Think of it as a one stop shop – staging, photos, and marketing!

When one of our photographers shoots your space, it’s important to note that Sagewood and our clients have full usage rights for the edited photos. This allows us to post and market your property across all Sagewood Interiors social media platforms, a win-win! Be sure to let us know your instagram handle and we’d love to highlight your property and tag you for credit!
