We are giving you an inside look to find out how we create a well designed room by mixing furniture pieces to achieve different styles.

At the start of each new year we begin to take a look at what the year ahead will look like and how we can improve upon the previous year’s projects. We are giving you an inside look to find out how we create a well designed room by mixing furniture pieces to achieve different styles. At Sagewood, it is our goal to continue to elevate our brand while meeting our clients’ needs and exceeding expectations. We review what has worked well for us and our partners, and how we can stay ahead of the latest design trends to ensure we continue to provide a fresh look for each and every project we take on.

First, we evaluate our inventory and see where we can get a little more creative– whether it’s switching up a dining set, purchasing one of a kind art, or investing in a statement piece that is sure to enhance any room.

This year, we are focusing on streamlining the Sagewood look across our portfolio to feel timeless and versatile. We will be incorporating new rugs, modern and vintage accessories, as well as custom art. When sourcing, we scour through new collections released from some of our favorite vendors. While some items may be over budget, we always look for affordable alternatives and mix both high-end pieces with affordable finds from places like Target, Wayfair, and Ikea.

Here is an example of how we used this dining table 3 ways to take on a completely different stylized look.

Often we receive inquiries requesting buyers to purchase the furnishings in our staged homes. We have a variety of pieces ranging from traditional, modern farmhouse and transitional pieces that can be mixed and matched to achieve a different aesthetic. View some of our items we will be listing for sale here as we will be offering a significant discount as we refresh our inventory for 2021.

We look forward to showcasing our upcoming projects using our newest pieces of inventory! Follow along to see the latest and greatest on Instagram @sagewoodinteriors. For staging or interior design inquiries, shoot us a note here.
