Wow! I think we can all agree that 2020 has been a doozy and I have zero desire to repeat it anytime in the future. I recognize for so many that it was one of the most difficult seasons they have ever faced and many beloved industries endured hardships beyond belief. I will say that despite all of that, I can look back on 2020 and have so much gratitude for the way the real estate market continued to grow and allowed Sagewood Interiors to work on some of our favorite projects! These duplexes were done to perfection and garnered offers at $35,000 and $40,000 above asking price. Hutchhouse remodels are always counted as favorites since no detail is left untouched and Eric’s signature style appeals to all buyers.

Bungalows are all the rage and this one received multiple offers and sold for $17,000 over asking right at the start of the pandemic. This is a perfect example of how unique design elements and good staging combined can have a huge payoff in the end.

This sweet home in Harvey Park packed a big punch by selling for $24,500 over asking! I want to remind everyone that staging is important for every price point, location, and style of home. This home was a little over 1,000 square feet but we made sure to maximize each room and space so that potential buyers could envision themselves living there.

Let’s just say this was anything but your typical ranch style house in Littleton and I think the market agreed! This house didn’t have any true comps for the neighborhood but ended up selling for $63000 over asking! I would argue that it was the design elements that made this house completely stand apart from the rest.

Drumroll please… this house just sold for $100,000 over asking in the beautiful University neighborhood. It was such a pleasure to get to stage this corner lot property that had beautiful finishes throughout. Talk about a bidding war, this was a great way to wrap up an incredible and crazy 2020 year.
