New Warehouse
First and foremost, Sagewood would like to thank you for your continued support throughout what has been a challenging year for many. It is not lost on us that we have been fortunate to endure and continue our growth in 2020. That said, we are thrilled to be celebrating our expansion into a brand new warehouse and office space, in addition to new staging and full service interior design services!

Now incorporating occupied staging consultations! As part of our service expansion, we are offering in-depth consultations that walk your client through visually appealing style choices; from decluttering, to rearranging a room layout and sharing customized decor shopping lists, we can advise clients on decisions that will result in a aesthetically pleasing home that attracts buyers.
Full Service Interior Design
Introducing Sagewood Interiors full service interior design packages, which will take on a more intensive and in-depth look at projects with our clients. From choosing the perfect white paint to selecting affordable tile, we have welcomed a full-time designer to the Sagewood team and we will be sharing more and introducing her in the coming months. We cannot wait to help integrate your vision with the Sagewood style in new and impactful ways.
Photography Packages
If you have not previously partnered with us, you may not be familiar with our brilliant photographer Rae Barber. Rae is as talented as they come; specializing in Real Estate and Interiors, events, portraits, and everything in between– her work is nothing short of beautiful.
